This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies DQE LLC ("DQE", "we", "us") uses on dqverify.com, which ones need your consent, and how to change your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What changed in this version
- Removed the statements that the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and shows no consent banner. The site uses Cookiebot and Google Tag Manager.
- Listed the tags that may load through Google Tag Manager after consent (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, GetQuanty) and their cookies.
- Corrected the browser-storage table: one listed key never existed and another was misdescribed; the real keys are dqv_quota and vueuse-color-scheme.
- Added the Cookiebot CookieConsent cookie, the fonts.bunny.net request, and the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
- Added the Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and California "sharing" statements.

1. Scope
This policy covers the public website at dqverify.com, including the free demo widget. The customer portal at customer.dqverify.com and Stripe-hosted checkout pages set their own functional cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete payment; those are governed by the portal's own notice and, for checkout, by Stripe's cookie policy.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are set by another company's code running on the site.
localStorage is browser storage that keeps data on your device. The items we store there are never sent to our servers.
Tags and pixels are small pieces of code or images loaded from a provider (for example Google or LinkedIn) that let the provider set or read its cookies and record that you visited a page.
We group these into four categories, matching the Cookiebot banner: Necessary (the site cannot work without them), Preferences (remember your settings), Statistics (measure how the site is used) and Marketing (measure advertising and show you ads on other sites).
3. How We Ask for Consent
We use Cookiebot (a Usercentrics product) to ask for your consent. On your first visit, the Cookiebot banner lets you accept or decline the Preferences, Statistics and Marketing categories. Declining is as easy as accepting.
Cookiebot runs in automatic blocking mode. Google Tag Manager is loaded on every page, but the tags in the Statistics and Marketing categories run only after you consent to that category. If you decline, those tags do not run and their cookies are not set.
Cookiebot's banner shows the live, automatically scanned list of cookies on the site; that list controls if it differs from the tables below. Cookiebot records your choices in the CookieConsent cookie for up to 12 months and then asks again.
4. Cookies and Storage We Set
These items are set regardless of your consent choices because the site needs them, or they only store a preference on your device.

The site does not set session, authentication or load-balancing cookies of its own; signing in happens on customer.dqverify.com.
5. Cookies That May Be Set After You Consent
The tags below are loaded through Google Tag Manager only when you consent to the matching category. Durations are set by each provider; follow the policy link for the provider's current list. Not every tag is necessarily active at all times; the Cookiebot banner shows what was found on the last scan.

Google may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites through Google Analytics and Google Ads tags loaded via Google Tag Manager, subject to your consent choices. 6. Other Third-Party Requests That Are Not Cookies
- Web fonts. Our main font is served from fonts.bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.). Your browser sends its IP address and browser details to Bunny to fetch the font. See the bunny.net privacy policy.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Google Cloud may record standard access logs (IP address, referrer, browser details, timestamps) for operation and security. See Google Cloud's Privacy Notice.
- Consent script. Cookiebot's script is loaded from consent.cookiebot.com and receives your IP address and browser details to serve the banner and record your choices.
- Free demo. When you use the demo widget, what you type is sent to our server, forwarded to our validation engine (US addresses to our licensed data partner's engine in the United States; email addresses, phone numbers and international addresses to our affiliate DQE Software SAS in the European Union (France)) and returned to you. The website does not store it. Our server keeps your IP address in a rate-limiting store for about 30 minutes. Details are in the Privacy Policy, Sections 3.3 and 10.
- Checkout and scheduling. Stripe-hosted checkout pages and Microsoft Bookings pages set their own cookies under Stripe's cookie policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
7. Managing Your Choices
On this site. Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of any page. It reopens the Cookiebot banner so you can change or withdraw your consent for each category. Withdrawing consent stops the tags in that category from running on later page loads; cookies already set can be removed through your browser.
In your browser. You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings, Privacy and security, Clear browsing data, Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data, Clear Data
- Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data, Remove All
With the providers. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. LinkedIn and HubSpot describe their own opt-outs in the policies linked in Section 5.
Clearing site data resets your display preference and the free demo quota flag. It has no other effect on your use of the site.
8. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and California
Do Not Track. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, Cookiebot detects it and applies it automatically as an opt-out of the Marketing category and of any sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You do not need to do anything else.
California. We do not sell personal information. We may "share" identifiers and internet-activity information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising when you consent to marketing cookies. You can opt out through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or by sending a GPC signal. If you consent to the Statistics or Marketing categories, the providers named in Section 5 may collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites. 9. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when we add or remove a tag, cookie or provider, and post the updated version here with a new effective date. Where a change adds a new category of tracking, we may ask for your consent again.
